Overview

Fausett Miles is located in DuPage County, Illinois. Our offices are in Carol Stream, near the Wheaton, Bloomingdale, West Chicago, and Glen Ellyn borders. Currently, the practice consists of four attorneys and three staff members. We represent clients throughout the greater Chicago metropolitan area including Cook County, Will County, Kane County, and Kendall County.Recently, the firm has experienced enormous growth, driven largely by word of mouth. We are humbled by the trust our clients continue to honor us with and excited about the new opportunities to provide exceptional service to more clients everyday.

The firm has represented numerous clients in various courts and in arbitration over the years.  We have experience in just about every kind of forum where disputes are handled. We are currently admitted to practice law by the Supreme Courts of the State of Illinois, the State of Texas, and the State of Iowa.
