Practice Experience

Maurice Holman represents clients in connection with a wide variety of litigation matters, including business, landlord-tenant, mortgage foreclosure, insurance coverage, government benefits, and numerous other general and complex business and individual matters. Prior to joining Fausett Miles, Maurice attended the University of Illinois College of Law, gained experience as a staff assistant at Schiff Hardin, LLP, served as law clerk with the law firm Phoebus & Koester, and worked in employee benefits at Hewitt Associates .  He joined Fausett Miles in 2009. As a result of his wide range of prior experiences, Maurice understands the intensely personal needs of his individual clients as well as the complex business needs of his commercial ones. He is a strong legal writer and an aggressive litigator who brings a unique perspective to the firm’s representation of its business and individual clients.
